** We currently do not ship posters outside of the U.S. and Canada, so if you would like to place an international order, please select the NO POSTER option before adding the album to your cart.
** Please note that any first press/pre-order benefits can only be guaranteed if you place your order before the pre-order deadline (unless sold out or limited). Depending on availability, the first press/pre-order benefits may still be available after the album releases while inventory lasts.
** The outer box/case/sleeve/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we're not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
