** All Korean version album sales made on SubK Shop will count towards the Hanteo and Gaon charts. Billboard has very specific rules on how an album can or cannot count towards their charts, so please check with Billboard for further details.

** We currently do not ship posters outside of the U.S. and Canada, so if you would like to place an international order, please select the NO POSTER option before adding the album to your cart.

Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we're not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
