** Shipping has been delayed by the manufacturer. Expected arrival for this album is this week. Some albums have already arrived in our warehouse, but some will be arriving this week. We are also waiting to receive the exclusive photocards that the members hand signed, so that will also be arriving this week. Order processing and shipping will begin once the albums arrive at our warehouse. (Update as of 09.01.2020)

- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days once all items in the order are in stock. The shipping speed applies after the order is processed.
- If you place an order that includes one or more items that are in pre-order, shipping will occur once all items within that order are available to ship together, so please keep in mind that processing and shipping may be delayed depending on the items in your order.
- Import/customs duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the price of the item or shipping costs. Any additional import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we're not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
