** If you place an order that includes any pre-order item, shipping will occur once all items within that order are available to ship together (even if an item in the same order is in stock), so please place separate orders if you would like certain items shipped sooner than others based on release/shipping dates.
** Due to the effects of COVID-19 and depending on total volume, processing/shipping in general may be delayed and take longer than the standard high volume time frame of 5-8 business days. The shipping speed applies after the order has been processed.

Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we're not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
