** All album sales made on SubK Shop for any US Ver. of AESPA 4TH MINI ALBUM – DRAMA (DRAMA VER.) shipping to a US address will count towards the US Billboard charts as well as the Korean Hanteo and Circle charts.
** Strictly limited to a maximum of 4 copies per order for the US Ver. If more than 4 albums are purchased within a single order, any additional albums will be automatically cancelled.
** Please make sure to place separate orders for the US Ver. and Korea Ver. (do not include any other pre-order items in the same order) so that sales can count towards the Billboard charts first week for the US Ver. only.
** If you place an order that includes any pre-order item, shipping will occur once all items within that order are available to ship together (even if an item in the same order is in stock), so please place separate orders if you would like certain items shipped sooner than others based on release/shipping dates.
** Due to the effects of COVID-19 and depending on total volume, processing/shipping in general may be delayed and take longer than the standard high volume time frame of 5-8 business days. The shipping speed applies after the order has been processed.
** The outer box/case/sleeve/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Damage (crushing/tearing/puncturing), spots, scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc. may occur due to the nature of the material or during the manufacturing/packaging/delivery process and cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Any fine spots, scratches, flaws, or textural conditions on any products and printed material (including photocards) cannot be a reason for exchange or return. Due to the thin paper material of some products, corners may naturally curl, bend, fold, or slightly tear during packaging/delivery and cannot be a reason for exchange or return.

Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we're not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
