** The SUBK SHOP EXCLUSIVE PHOTOCARDS for pre-orders, regular sales (until Friday, 09.11.2020, 9:59AM PDT), and video call event purchases were all the same (except for the video call event winners’ exclusive photocard set). It was a benefit for those who purchased albums during the previously mentioned time frames, so it is no longer available.
** Please note that the TATTOO STICKER, POSTCARD SET, and POSTER were only guaranteed if you placed your order before the pre-order deadline (unless sold out). Depending on inventory, the first press/pre-order benefits may have still been available after the album released, but are no longer available.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days if all items in the order are in stock. The shipping speed applies after the order is processed.
- If you place an order that includes one or more items that are in pre-order or back-order, shipping will occur once all items within that order are available to ship together, so please place separate orders if you would like in-stock items shipped sooner than any pre-order or back-order items.
- Import/customs duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the price of the item or shipping costs. Any additional import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.
Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that your order will be out of stock when the order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If you haven't received the product within 30 days, we're not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
